Chadwick Stephens serves as the Research Manager at the National Association of State Procurement Officials since January 2020, previously holding the position of Research Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles as Head Start - Data Manager and Program Analyst at Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc. from February 2017 to April 2019, and a Policy Development Internship at Madison County Fiscal Court in early 2017. Additionally, Chadwick worked as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Kentucky University in the College of Business and Technology. Chadwick's earlier experience includes serving as Kitchen Manager at Paddy Wagon Irish Pub from January 2014 to November 2016. Chadwick holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Community Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Eastern Kentucky University, along with an Associate of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Somerset Community College.

The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO), Inc. was formally established on January 29, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois. NASPO is a non-profit association dedicated to advancing public procurement through leadership, excellence, and integrity. It is made up of the directors of the central purchasing offices in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the territories of the United States. NASPO is an organization that helps its members achieve success as public procurement leaders through promotion of best practices, education, professional development, research, and innovative procurement strategies.
