Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson possesses extensive experience in workforce agencies, currently serving as Project Lead for State Engagement at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since May 2020. Previous roles include Project Coordinator and Subject Matter Expert within the same organization, as well as Assistant Director of the Unemployment Compensation Bureau and Collections Supervisor at New Hampshire Employment Security from December 2011 to May 2020. Heather began the career at New Hampshire Employment Security as a Program Technician from March 2009 to August 2011. Academically, Heather earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at the same institution.
