Donna McLaughlin serves as the Chapter Education Coordinator for the National Association of Tax Professionals since January 2019. Previously, Donna held roles such as Trainer at Alta Resources, Operations Program Associate at the University of Wisconsin - Extension, and Sr. Service Representative at M & I Bank. Additional experience includes leadership positions at JoAnn Fabrics & Crafts, TDS (Telephone and Data Services), and as Manager, Corporate Secretary & Co-Owner at 5 & Diner Restaurant. Donna has also contributed to the field of education as a Teacher at the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections and as an Analyst (Civilian Training Manager) for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Donna holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Vocational Technical and Adult Education from UW-Stout.
