Plamena Todorova currently serves as the Director of Credentialing and Education at the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) since April 2020. In this role, Plamena focuses on enhancing the skills and professional image of remodeling professionals through various certification and education programs. Previously, Plamena held the position of Manager of Credentialing and Education at NARI from 2018 to 2020 and worked as a Senior Program Development Manager at ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association from April 2014 to December 2016. Earlier experience at ISSA includes roles as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive in Facility Service Programs. Plamena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
