Chelsea H. is a dedicated professional in the field of development and fundraising with expertise in environmental organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Leadership Giving at the National Audubon Society, Chelsea oversees major donor initiatives across the Great Lakes, Upper Mississippi, and Great Plains regions. Prior to this role, Chelsea held the position of Director of Annual Giving and Outreach at Willistown Conservation Trust, where responsibilities included managing annual fund budgets, executing fundraising strategies, and cultivating relationships with major donors. Chelsea's earlier experience includes the role of Director of Education & Development at Lower Merion Conservancy, focusing on fundraising and educational initiatives, as well as serving as a Watershed Educator with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation. Chelsea holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Education from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Temple University.
