Aman Kapoor

Aman Kapoor is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering. Currently leading the Central DevOps and SRE team for Enterprise Digital Platforms at NAB since October 2019, Aman has effectively promoted SRE principles and enhanced system observability. Previously, Aman held various roles at Toll Group from 2011 to 2019, including Senior Cloud & Integration Engineer, where Aman managed a hybrid AWS stack and led a middleware technology team supporting critical applications. Aman's career began as a Software Engineer at Steria, with expertise in Java and J2EE frameworks, complemented by a postgraduate diploma in Software Development from RMIT University and a master's degree in Information Systems from CQUniversity.
