Amy Sheppard is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Design for Business Banking Experience at NAB since June 2024, Amy's previous roles include Senior Design Manager for Innovation at Bunnings, where oversight of a diverse design team contributed to impactful customer experiences, and Head of Design at Xero, leading a global team in creating cloud accounting solutions. Amy also held key positions at Deloitte Digital, Australia Post, and RMIT University, focusing on user experience, brand strategy, and design education. With a robust educational background that includes an MFA from ArtCenter College of Design and various executive leadership training programs, Amy is committed to fostering innovation and design excellence.
