Arvind Balachandran is an experienced technology leader with expertise in customer onboarding and integration architecture, currently serving as Executive Technology Customer Onboarding and Mastering at NAB since January 2020. Previously, Arvind held positions as Head Of Technology - Customer Master and Practice Manager at Fresh Gravity, along with roles as Integration Architect and Integration Lead at Serene Corporation and National Australia Bank, respectively. Arvind's extensive background includes significant contributions to the design and delivery of integration solutions involving complex data migrations and real-time systems, with notable achievements in managing large-scale customer data transitions and ensuring zero data loss during critical deployments. Arvind holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Kerala.
