Dr Tahnee Nicholson

Dr. Tahnee Nicholson currently serves as the Head of Inclusion and Diversity at NAB, leading initiatives across the enterprise since May 2021. Prior to joining NAB, Dr. Nicholson held several senior positions at Deloitte from August 2014 to April 2021, including Senior Manager for Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Senior Talent and Careers Partner, where responsibilities included global strategy implementation for consulting organizations. Early career experiences encompass roles in organizational development, talent consulting, and psychology across multiple industries and companies, including Macquarie University and Macquarie Group. Dr. Nicholson holds a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Honours and a Bachelor of Laws. Continuing professional development is pursued through a course in Professional Banking Fundamentals at FINSIA.
