Dylan Ferrie

Dylan Ferrie is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology, communications, and change management. Currently serving at NAB as Executive Technology, Delivery & Transformation, and Head of Communications and Change in Personal Banking Technology, Dylan has previously held significant roles, including COVID Response and Return to Campus Lead at Foxtel and Change Director at Westpac Group. With a diverse career, positions also include management of Business Banking technology portfolios, leading large-scale change programs, and establishing community practices in technology services. Dylan's educational achievements include a Certificate in Executive Management and Development from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Canberra.
