Fumi Shiba

Fumi Shiba is an accomplished professional in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Operational Risk & Compliance for the Americas at NAB since July 2019. Previously, Fumi held the position of Head of Market Risk in the Corporate & Institutional Banking sector at NAB. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Nikko Asset Management, where Fumi was the Head of Risk Management for the Americas and worked as an analyst in both Portfolio Management and External Manager Research. Fumi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kyoto University and has furthered education at Utrecht University.
