Hannah S. is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, transformation, and legal services. From October 2020 to August 2023, Hannah served as the Head of Operations & Transformation in various capacities at NAB, with responsibilities spanning digital, technology, governance, and regulatory functions. Prior to this, Hannah worked at King & Wood Mallesons from June 2016 to October 2021, progressing from Strategic Client Relationship Manager to Senior Strategic Client Relationship Manager and National Business Development Adviser. Hannah's earlier roles include a committee member at ICON APAC, Business Development Coordinator at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick, and Marketing and Events Executive at EPICURE.
