Jai Earle

Jai Earle is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in software engineering, product management, and customer service. Currently serving as an Analyst/Engineer at NAB since February 2023, Jai previously worked as a Graduate Software Engineer at Zendesk and as a Product Management Intern. Innovative contributions were made at Telstra from December 2017 to August 2022 as a Customer Advisor, where Jai excelled in sales, customer relationship management, and technical support, achieving recognition as a top 5 Samsung Expert in Australia. Earlier experience as a Brand Ambassador for Samsung Electronics further solidified expertise in promoting brand image and mobile technology. Jai holds a Bachelor of IT and Business with a focus on Software Development and Finance from Monash University, completed in 2023.
