Jen Heazlewood

Jen Heazlewood is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product and experience design across notable companies. Currently serving as the Head of Design at NAB since June 2024, Jen previously held the role of Head of Product Design at Afterpay, overseeing consumer product design for Afterpay and Clearpay globally. Additional experience includes positions such as Design Leader at Block and Director of Design & Experience at ustwo, where Jen was responsible for studio leadership and talent mentorship. Furthermore, Jen has contributed significantly to major firms like R/GA and SapientNitro, leading large teams and driving innovative design solutions. Jen holds a Master of Interactive Multimedia from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Business Management with a sub-major in Marketing from Western Sydney University.
