Louise Beach serves as the Head of Customer Experience & Customer Advocate for White Label Partner Solutions at NAB since June 2022, leading efforts to ensure fair outcomes for customers while aligning with community expectations. With extensive experience at Citi starting from October 1994, Louise has held numerous leadership roles including Head of Client Experience, Head of AML Operations, and Head of Customer Relations, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer advocacy, complaint resolution processes, and team operations both onshore and offshore. Additionally, Louise's educational background includes a Professional Banking Fundamentals degree from FINSIA and a Diploma of Management from Management Consultancy International, along with certifications in Six Sigma and Agile Principles from Udemy.
