Natalya Dole

Natalya Dole is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in client coverage and relationship management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Client Coverage for Corporate & Institutional Banking at NAB since February 2025, Natalya oversees a portfolio of large family offices and corporate clients. Prior to this role, Natalya held positions such as Associate Director at Bank of New Zealand, managing relationships for financial institutions, and Relationship Manager for multinationals at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Natalya began their career at Commonwealth Bank, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate in Institutional Banking & Markets, and previously worked as a Business Analyst at Austar Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Melbourne Business School and two Bachelor of Commerce degrees from The University of Auckland, with a focus on Economics, Finance, and Economics (Postgraduate Honours).
