Nick Bezen

Nick Bezen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk performance and analytics, currently serving as Associate Director at NAB since March 2014. In this role, Nick leads the management and monitoring of Risk Appetite while ensuring compliance with prudential standards, and conducting strategic credit risk performance reviews. Previously, Nick held the position of Associate Director in Stress Testing, where responsibilities included modeling credit risk performance across various economic scenarios and enhancing the analytical capabilities of the team. Nick also has a foundational background as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at NAB and earlier experience at GE Capital, where strategic development of credit risk collections and reporting analytics were key contributions. Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Melbourne.
