Ramji Subramanian

Ramji Subramanian is a seasoned program manager and director with extensive experience in leading high-scale projects, particularly in the banking and telecommunications sectors. At NAB, Ramji has successfully spearheaded the Fast Payments Service Transformation Program, overseeing a team of over 50 and managing a budget exceeding $30 million. Additional notable initiatives include the development of an integrated delivery roadmap for Personal Everyday Banking and leadership of the Business Continuity Program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior roles include senior project management positions at nbn™ Australia and National Australia Bank, where Ramji managed diverse teams and delivered substantial project outcomes. Ramji holds a Master of Engineering from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Annamalai University.
