Richa Tripathi

Richa Tripathi, FRM, SCR, currently serves as Product Owner for Unsecured Lending Migration at NAB since June 2024. Previously, Richa accumulated over a decade of experience at HSBC in various roles, including Risk Analytics Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of risk policies and monitoring methodologies such as IFRS9 and Basel II. Other positions included Senior Analytics and Insights Manager and Vice President Analytics, contributing to cross-sell campaigns and customer strategy development. Richa's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Assistant Manager and includes a strong educational background, with an Executive MBA in progress at AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Master's in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University, complemented by various certifications in Python and digital marketing.
