Harsh Sharma

Harsh Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Harsh began their career in 2001 with a summer training at Ranbaxy. Harsh then worked as a manager at Associated Cement Companies Ltd. from 2002 to 2004. Harsh then transitioned to the banking sector, starting with Citibank in 2004 where they worked in wealth management. Harsh continued their banking career at ING from 2007 to 2011 as AVP & Area Head - Wealth Management. Harsh then joined ING Vysya Bank as the Product Head for General Insurance and Demat and Broking from 2011 to 2014. Harsh then worked as the Cluster Head - Branch Banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they co-founded Quikepic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on digital information exchange. After leaving Quikepic in 2018, they joined RBL Bank as Vice President till 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Harsh served as the Co-Founder of Parchi. Harsh is currently working as the Head - Third Party Products at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since 2022.

From 2000 to 2002, Harsh Sharma attended International Management Institute - IMI, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management.
