Shane Conway

Shane Conway serves as the Executive General Manager of Enterprise Payments & Technology Modernisation at NAB since January 2007, where responsibilities include driving long-term payments and technology modernization initiatives. Previously, Shane held various senior leadership positions within NAB, including overseeing Transaction Banking and Asset Servicing, and managing substantial deposit and payments portfolios. Shane's roles have consistently focused on enhancing customer value and operational performance. In addition to current responsibilities at NAB, Shane is a Non-Executive Director at Australian Payments Plus and has a background in strategy and valuation from roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, E&Y, and Arthur Andersen. Shane holds a CFA Charter and a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from RMIT University.
