Sudha Madheswaran

Sudha Madheswaran is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager and Head Of Information Technology at NAB since July 2021. In this role, Sudha spearheads the development and implementation of a reusable micro frontend technology framework for web and mobile applications, enhancing the company’s digital platform. Previous positions at NAB include Solution Design and Delivery Manager, where Sudha managed over 40 team members and cultivated a high-performing agile mindset team, as well as roles as Solution Designer and Solution Design Manager. Sudha's career began as an Application Developer at Tech Mahindra and further included a role as Senior Analyst Programmer at CSC Australia. Sudha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Kumaraguru College of Technology.
