Verity Byrne

Verity Byrne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process optimization, digital transformation, and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Head of Business Process Optimisation Automation at NAB since October 2023, Verity also contributes as an Activator for SheEO™, fostering women-led ventures. As the Director of eComm By Design, Verity leads efforts to globalize products. Previous roles include Digital Transformation Advisor at Sayers, various positions at ANZ including Experience Transformation Tribe Lead, and Co-Founder of the tech start-up Lawable. Verity's educational background includes pursuing a Master's in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and an Artificial Intelligence program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
