Hector B. Martinez

Hector B. Martinez, PMP, is an experienced project management professional with a solid background in IT and system development. Currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at the National Automobile Dealers Association since June 2014, Hector successfully led the transition of NADA’s online presence to a new Content Management System, completing the project 30% under budget. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Women for Women International, where Hector developed web services and an Electronic Data Collection system, and Director of IT at the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, advising on technology adoption and managing external relationships. With earlier experience as a Senior Systems Analyst and IT Manager, Hector has proven expertise in system deployment and data integrity management. Hector holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Management and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
