Youssef Imbabi

Youssef Imbabi is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the National Automotive Company - NATCO since August 2025. Previously, Youssef held roles at Cairo 3A Group, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from March 2023 to August 2025 and as a Junior Talent Management Specialist. Youssef's earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cairo Three A and several roles in business development and training coordination. Youssef also contributed to fundraising initiatives at Alashanek Ya Balady - Ain Shams University. Youssef began a career in customer service with Wasla Outsourcing and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ain Shams University, completed in 2021.
