Abdoulaye Cisse is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in ground handling and operations management across various regions, including Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Currently serving as Head of Africa - MEAA and Head of Operations at Menzies Aviation since August 2022, Abdoulaye oversees regional operations supported by Senior Vice Presidents. In addition, Abdoulaye has been the Group Chief Operating Officer for Ground Handling and Cargo Services at National Aviation Services since January 2018 and the Directeur General at National Aviation Services IVOIRE. Previous roles include General Manager of Ground Handling at Menzies Aviation in South Africa and Operations Manager at Aviation Handling Services. Abdoulaye's career began at Air Senegal International, where significant contributions included Hajj operations coordination and country management. Abdoulaye holds a DUEL degree in English Language and Literature from Dakar University and a high school diploma from College Sacre Coeur.
