Kristen Klein Carreno has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Kristen started their career at FINOVA in 1991, where they worked as a VP Lending Resort Finance, responsible for generating and managing a portfolio of timeshare industry-related loans. Carreno then joined Bank One in 2002 as a VP Managed Assets. In 2003, they moved to First National Bank of Arizona as an SVP Special Assets, managing a large loan workout portfolio. Kristen left the bank in 2008 and joined Factors Southwest as a Vice President. Kristen later joined National Bank of Arizona in 2009 as a Senior Vice President in charge of the Vacation Ownership Lending Program. Overall, Carreno has accumulated a wealth of experience in loan origination, underwriting, management, and loan workouts in the banking sector.

Kristen Klein Carreno attended Memorial High School in Houston, Texas from 1976 to 1979. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business with a focus on Spanish at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1979 to 1983.
