Laura A. Schaeffer

Laura Schaeffer is Executive Vice President and Director of Operations and Technology for National Bank of Arizona® and joined the bank in 2006. Laura’s responsibilities include leadership of Treasury Management Sales & Operations, Project Management, Commercial Lending middle office, Product Management and Premier Client Services. During her more than 30-year career, she has held a number of senior management positions in Treasury Management, Operations and Human Resources. She is an American Bankers Association Business Banking School graduate, a Certified Treasury Professional, Leadership Challenge Certified Coach and Facilitator and is a graduate of Portland State University Project Management Program.
