Reenan Rashwan

Reenan Rashwan, MBA, ITIL, currently serves as the Head of IT Governance at the National Bank of Bahrain since September 2018, overseeing departmental budgets, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with IT regulations. With previous experience as an IT Governance Specialist and roles in management and customer service at Silah Gulf and Ahli United Bank, Reenan has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, performance improvement, and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Bahrain.
