Clair Doan has a diverse work experience, primarily in the banking and agriculture sectors. Clair started their career at RBC Royal Bank as an Account Manager in Agriculture. Clair then transitioned to the National Bank of Canada, where they held various roles, including Manager Commercial Banking - Agriculture and Associate Vice President - Commercial Banking, Agriculture - Ontario and Western Canada. In these roles, they focused on business development, client advice, and increasing market share in the agriculture sector. Alongside their banking career, Clair also owned and operated the Doan Family Turkey Farm, producing live turkeys and crops.
