Joshuah Lebacq

Joshuah Lebacq is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital and finance, currently serving as Director and Principal at the National Bank of Canada since April 2021, and as a Professor of Finance at Bishop's University since January 2024. Joshuah has extensive experience in investment roles, holding positions as Investor and Board Observer at both Synctera and FX HedgePool, with the latter being acquired by LMAX Group. Prior roles include Senior Advisor at BDC, Strategy Consultant at Accenture, and Manager of Credit Risk & Collections at BAT. Joshuah's educational background includes ongoing studies in the CEMS Master of International Management program and the Master's program in Management at Ivey Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bishop's University.
