Normand Bluteau

Normand Bluteau, P.Eng, DESG, PMP, has extensive experience in information security and IT risk management, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Banque Nationale du Canada since May 2012. Normand established the Application Security Practice at the bank, integrating industry best practices to enhance application security throughout the development lifecycle. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Nuance Communications, where responsibilities included managing complex project deliveries, and Manager of Engineering at CAE Inc, overseeing a large software engineering department across multiple international teams. Normand's academic background includes a Bachelor in Mechanical Robotics from Polytechnique Montréal and a DES in Management from HEC Montréal.
