Sebastien Poirier

Sebastien Poirier is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience at Banque Nationale du Canada since July 2007. Holding various leadership roles, including Directeur principal TI for contact center solutions and multiple Director positions focusing on application management, Sebastien has been responsible for the technological transformation and delivery of over 50 business-supporting applications. This includes expertise in cloud technologies and collaboration with technical teams in areas such as Genesys and Salesforce. Prior experience includes project management at Capital Events, and educational qualifications comprise a Master’s in Organizational Change from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
