Victor Glorion has a diverse work experience in the banking and consulting industries. Victor began their career at Accenture in 2009 as a Program Delivery Manager, where they led projects for clients in various industries. Victor later became a Business Strategy Manager at Accenture, working closely with global leaders in financial services, resources, and products. During this time, they developed expertise in strategic planning, program management, and business development. In 2015, Victor joined the National Bank of Canada as a Senior Project Director, responsible for delivering major programs and projects for the retail and enterprise business units. Victor then progressed to roles such as Principal Director, Senior Leader Customer Strategy, and Senior Director, focusing on customer-centric strategies, data analytics, and transformation initiatives. Currently, Victor holds the position of Senior Director - Transformation Customer Interactions Management at the National Bank of Canada.
Victor GLORION earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Chemistry from TAFE NSW in 2007. Victor then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Materials Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Business/Management with a specialization in Marketing and Innovation from ESIEE PARIS during the same time period.
