Hazem El-Gohary, MBA, is an accomplished IT strategist and governance expert with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as General Manager and Head of IT Strategy & Governance at the National Bank of Egypt since February 2013, Hazem has previously held significant leadership positions including Director of Solutions Delivery at Summit STS, Vice Chairman at Finserv Group, Chief Information Officer at BLOM Bank, and Software Delivery Director at CIT Global. Hazem's career includes pivotal roles in shaping IT infrastructure and strategy for various financial institutions, with a focus on achieving organizational objectives through effective technology integration and governance. Education includes an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a B.Sc. from the Faculty of Commercial Ain Shams University.
