Throughout a progressive career at NBE, Mahmoud has held roles including Supervisor Credit Risk Analyst for SMEs and Senior Credit Risk Analyst, focusing on evaluating credit applications and assessing associated risks. Prior experience includes customer service roles at NBE and M-BIZ Global, where Mahmoud developed strong customer interaction skills. Mahmoud holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor of Commerce from Beni-Suef University.
