Rania Habib

Rania Habib is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Analytics & Quality Assurance General Manager at the National Bank of Egypt since November 2019. Prior to this role, Rania held multiple positions at CIB Egypt from August 2006 to November 2019, including Employee Relations Manager, Organizational Effectiveness Manager, and Senior HR Business Partner. Earlier in Rania's career, roles included Learning & Development Program Design Manager, Learning and Development Projects Senior Officer, Learning and Development Supervisor, Learning and Development Specialist, and Financial Analyst. Rania's earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at Magdiens for Agribusiness and as a PR Specialist at Dallah Albaraka. Rania holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University and a Modern Accounting Certificate from The American University in Cairo.
