Amer al-Mahmoud

Amer Al-Mahmoud is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at the National Bank of Kuwait since August 2009, Amer leads the Regional Custody and Clearing business across the GCC, Jordan, Iraq, and Egypt, while also overseeing business projects for the International Banking Group. Previously held the position of Division Manager at Bank Aljazira from January 2005 to July 2009, where responsibilities included managing significant strategic initiatives and transformation programs. Earlier career experience includes working as a Management Consultant at Accenture and a Systems Engineer at Yarmouk University. Amer Al-Mahmoud holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University.
