Hussein Almutawa

Hussein Almutawa is currently serving as the Principal Enterprise Architect for the International Banking Group Technology at the National Bank of Kuwait, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Hussein was the Manager of Digital Transformation at Warba Bank from July 2023 to January 2024 and worked at The Public Institution for Social Security from August 2020 to July 2023 as a Senior Enterprise Architecture Specialist focused on IT Planning, Governance, and Digital Transformation. Additionally, Hussein held the position of Senior Technical Specialist in Strategic Planning and Project Management during this timeframe. Hussein's career in technology began at CODED, where his focus was on web and mobile app development from August 2016 to August 2020. Hussein holds a Master of Professional Studies in Enterprise Architecture and Business Transformation from Penn State University, earned between 2021 and 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University, completed in 2016. Education was initially pursued at Al Bayan Bilingual School (BBS).
