Matthew O'Hara

Matthew O'Hara is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate finance, currently serving as Vice President at the National Bank of Kuwait since February 2020. Previous experience includes positions as Vice President CRE at TD and Senior Vice President of Real Estate Finance at HSH Nordbank, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing new business, as well as managing both performing and distressed debt. O'Hara also held the role of Director Corporate Real Estate Finance at Aareal Bank AG, overseeing daily operations and financial reporting, and served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Finance at Crédit Agricole CIB, focusing on syndication efforts and real estate debt transactions. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
