Refaa Almulla

Refaa Almulla has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Digital Banking Business Analysis at the National Bank of Kuwait since November 2015. In addition to this role, Refaa Almulla has held positions such as Business Analyst Manager and Project Coordination Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, from August 2000 to November 2011, Refaa Almulla worked at the National Bank of Kuwait as a Service Quality Manager, Customer Care Specialist, Relationship Officer, and Teller, gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer service and operational excellence in banking.
