Ursu Mihai

Ursu Mihai serves as the Chief Digital Officer at the National Bank of Moldova since March 2023, focusing on digital strategy development and the modernization of banking operations. Also a member of The Supervisory Board for The Single Central Securities Depository since October 2023, Ursu brings extensive experience in IT management, having held positions such as Chief Information Officer at Moldindconbank and IT Manager at The Single Central Securities Depository. Former roles include Chief Information Security Officer and IT Risk Manager at the National Bank of Moldova, and Head of IT Department at Farmacia Familiei. Education includes multiple degrees in National Security and Financial-Banking Administration from institutions in Moldova.
