Syed Murtaza Shah

Syed Murtaza Shah has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as General Manager at the National Bank of Pakistan since November 2016. Previous roles at the same institution include Chief Manager and Manager of Operations. Syed Murtaza began the banking career in May 2005, holding positions as Manager Credit Operations, Manager Trade & International Banking, and Officer Foreign Exchange Operations until October 2015. Educational qualifications include a degree from the International Islamic University in Islamabad, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
