Harerimana Theoneste

HARERIMANA Theoneste is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Legal and Regulation Analyst at the National Bank of Rwanda since December 2022. Prior roles include Company Secretary at MUGANGA SACCO, Legal Specialist at Rwanda Energy Group, and Legal Documentation and Compliance Officer at Umwalimu SACCO. HARERIMANA also has experience as a Project Coordinator and Legal Officer with the Great Lakes Initiative for Human Rights and Development. Academic credentials comprise a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Rwanda, a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development, and ongoing studies towards a Master of Laws in Business Law at the University of Rwanda.
