Jean de Dieu Rutikanga has a strong background in accounting and finance with extensive work experience. Jean de Dieu currently holds the position of Chief Accountant and Manager of Financial Accounting & Receivables at the National Bank of Rwanda (NBR). Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Inspector of MFIs at the National Bank of Rwanda, where they were responsible for overseeing and evaluating the performance of microfinance institutions. Before joining the National Bank of Rwanda, Jean de Dieu Rutikanga served as a Revenue Assurance Officer at the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA), where they were involved in revenue collection strategies, billing oversight, and payment management for operators. Jean de Dieu also has previous experience as a Senior Accountant at Merez Petroleum Ltd, where they were responsible for stock accounting, cost management, and product price preparation. Jean de Dieu Rutikanga holds the professional certifications of ACCA, CPA K, and CPA R, as well as an MBA.

Jean de Dieu Rutikanga ACCA, CPA K, CPA R, and MBA has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Jean de Dieu completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the National University of Rwanda from 2009 to 2012. During the same period, they also pursued additional studies at the same institution without obtaining a specific degree or field of study.

In 2013, Jean de Dieu Rutikanga ACCA, CPA K, CPA R, and MBA enrolled in the University of Kigali and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance in 2015. This program equipped him with advanced knowledge and skills in the field.

Jean de Dieu Rutikanga ACCA, CPA K, CPA R, and MBA continued to enhance their expertise by pursuing a professional qualification at KASNEB (CPA KENYA). Jean de Dieu started this program in 2015 and is currently in progress. Through this qualification, they are strengthening their understanding of accounting and finance, further establishing himself as a highly competent professional in these areas.
