Sandra Jakonic

Sandra Jakonic is an experienced psychologist specializing in human resources, currently working at NBS since 2007. With a strong background in soft skills training for internal auditors, Sandra has conducted various workshops and presentations, including topics such as auditor cooperation with difficult clients, the psychological implications of the pandemic, and manipulation in business communication. Sandra previously worked at Banca Intesa Beograd as a recruitment and selection specialist and at High School Brankovo Kolo as a psychologist. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Philosophy, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
