Micah Miner

Micah Miner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the meat packing industry and military operations. As General Manager at National Beef Packing Company LLC since 2016, Micah has previously held the position of Assistant General Manager and has played a pivotal role in managing operations that involve over 100 employees and generate more than $300 million in annual sales. Prior to this, Micah served in the United States Marine Corps for a decade, holding various leadership roles, including Battalion Logistics Officer and Platoon Commander. Micah’s foundation in quality assurance was established as Corporate Quality Assurance Manager at National Beef and Quality Assurance Manager at Moyer Packing Company, where responsibilities included developing sanitation and compliance programs. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, along with certifications in Organizational Leadership and Lean Six Sigma from Dale Carnegie Training and Villanova University, respectively.
