Andrew Winder

VP, Retirement Services at National Benefit Services

Andrew Winder is the Vice President of Retirement Services at National Benefit Services. Andrew previously served as an Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst in the United States Air Force from November 2013 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing encrypted electronic communications to decipher information and advising mission crew leaders. Andrew also maintained a Top Secret Security Clearance.

During their time in the Air Force, Andrew was also responsible for scheduling and project management, security and resource management, and instruction and training. Andrew was promoted to instructor to train staff on intelligence analysis on $165 million aircraft based on their exceptional knowledge and commendation of leaders and colleagues. As an instructor, they trained individuals to safely perform specialized duties on critical missions.

In addition to their instruction and training responsibilities, Andrew also delivered vital information and made critical recommendations to support high-stakes, time-sensitive decisions as a Mission Intelligence Analyst. For their 32 combat mission flying in Afghanistan, they earned the USAF Air Medal.

Andrew Winder has a MBA from the University of Utah in International Relations. Andrew also has a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in International Relations. Andrew has an Associate of Arts from the Community College of the Air Force in Intelligence Studies and Technology, as well as an Associate of Arts from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in Pashto Language. Winder is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from the University of Utah.
