Muhammed Shafi

Muhammed Shafi is an experienced professional in demand and supply planning within the food FMCG sector, currently serving as Demand and Supply Planning Lead at National Biscuits & Confectionery Co. Ltd. since March 2015. In this role, Muhammed formulates and presents monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) based on local sales forecasts and confirmed export orders, issues the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and weekly production plans, and monitors key performance indicators related to production efficiency. Prior to this, Muhammed was Assistant Manager of Production Planning & Inventory Control at VKC Group from July 2010 to March 2015, where responsibilities included creating production plans based on marketing requirements and coordinating with central supply chains to ensure timely delivery of products. Muhammed holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College Kozhikode, obtained in 2010.
