Leah Austin, EdD is the President & CEO at the National Black Child Development Institute and the Founder & Principal of Tripod Consulting LLC. With a background in education and organizational leadership, Leah has held various leadership positions in organizations such as The Schott Foundation for Public Education, H.J. Russell Center for Innovation & Entreprenuership, Southern Education Foundation, Annie E. Casey Foundation, and United Way of Greater Atlanta. Leah is dedicated to working with organizations to focus on social transformation possibilities.
